Privacy policy
How we handle your information
Last updated: 8 July 2026
This policy explains how Full Pelt handles personal data on the fullpelt.co.uk website and when you enquire about or use our service. Full Pelt is a trading name of 8020 AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15793774), registered office 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. In this policy "we", "us" and "Full Pelt" mean 8020 AI Ltd.
We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our own marketing. Where we run an AI receptionist for a client, that client is the controller of their own callers' data and we act as their processor under a separate data processing agreement - this policy does not cover that relationship.
Who to contact
For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, email rob@fullpelt.co.ukor write to the registered office above. 8020 AI Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration number: to be confirmed).
What we collect
We collect the following personal data:
- Information you give us - when you request a Google check, make an enquiry, or complete onboarding: your name, business name, trade, town and postcode, email address, phone or mobile number, website and Google Business Profile links, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Payment information - subscriptions are taken through Stripe. Stripe processes your card details; we do not see or store full card numbers. We receive a record of the payment, your billing details and your subscription status.
- Information collected automatically - when you visit the site we collect limited technical and usage data such as pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, and referring source. In the UK and EU this is only collected in an identifiable way after you consent (see Cookies and analytics below).
- Business contact data - for our own marketing we collect publicly available business contact details of trades firms (business name, business phone, website, listing information).
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To answer enquiries and provide the service - performance of a contract with you, or steps taken at your request before a contract.
- To take payment and keep accounting records - performance of a contract and compliance with a legal obligation.
- To measure and improve the website - your consent, given through the cookie and analytics controls.
- To market our service to trades businesses - our legitimate interest in promoting a business-to-business service. We screen against the TPS and CTPS before making marketing calls and we honour every do-not-contact request permanently.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse - our legitimate interest in protecting our systems.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small amount of first-party analytics and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. In the UK and EU these run under consent mode: analytics and advertising storage stay switched off by default and only run once you have given consent. Essential cookies needed to make the site work do not require consent. You can withdraw consent at any time through your browser settings or by contacting us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Full Pelt, each acting under contract on our instructions:
- Stripe - payment processing.
- Google (Analytics) - website measurement.
- Netlify - website hosting.
- Supabase - our database (hosted in London).
- Zoho Mail and Mailgun - email and transactional messages.
- Synup and BrightLocal - listings, Google profile and citation work where you are a client.
- Vapi and Twilio - the AI receptionist and telephony, for clients on Silver and Gold (the underlying voice AI runs on OpenAI, ElevenLabs and Deepgram).
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to a buyer if the business is sold.
Sending data outside the UK
Some of our providers process data outside the UK (for example in the United States). Where they do, we rely on the UK approved safeguards - the International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK addendum - so your data keeps an equivalent level of protection.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it. Enquiry and marketing data is kept while it is useful and then deleted or anonymised. Client and billing records are kept for the life of the service and for as long as the law requires afterwards (for example, accounting records for six years). Do-not-contact requests are kept indefinitely so we can keep honouring them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- ask us to delete your data;
- restrict or object to how we use it, including for marketing;
- ask for your data in a portable format; and
- withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it.
To exercise any of these, email rob@fullpelt.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113, though we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and multi-tenant isolation in our database. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
