The terms of our service
Last updated: 8 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Full Pelt service. Full Pelt is a trading name of 8020 AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15793774), registered office 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. By subscribing you agree to these terms. In these terms "we", "us" and "Full Pelt" mean 8020 AI Ltd, and "you" means the business subscribing.
The service
Full Pelt is a monthly subscription for UK trades businesses. We offer three plans:
- Bronze - Get found on Google. We rebuild and manage your Google Business Profile, keep your listings in sync, build UK directory citations, run a review engine, post to your profile and send you a monthly report. No phone handling.
- Silver - Never miss a job. Everything in Bronze, plus a 24/7 AI receptionist on a dedicated number that answers, qualifies and books jobs, texts you a summary, sends missed-call text-backs, and feeds call themes into your marketing content, with 600 minutes of answered calls included each month.
- Gold - The AI-powered local business. Everything in Silver, plus a local website, a full citation build, and follow-up work with your existing customers.
We describe what each plan includes on our website. We may improve or adjust how the service is delivered, and will not materially reduce what your plan includes without telling you.
Fees, VAT and billing
Plans are £200, £400 or £600 per month for Bronze, Silver and Gold respectively, plus VAT at the prevailing UK rate. Payment is taken monthly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. If a payment fails we may pause the service until it is resolved.
No contract and cancellation
There is no minimum term and no tie-in. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for part-months, except where required by law. On cancellation we stop the service and, where relevant, hand back or wind down the work as described in our privacy policy.
Our guarantee
More calls from your Google profile in your first 90 days than the 90 before - measured in your own Google dashboard - or you don't pay again until it happens. The guarantee is measured using the call and interaction data in your own Google Business Profile dashboard. It depends on you giving us the access and information we need to do the work, and on your profile being eligible and active throughout.
What we need from you
- accurate business details, and prompt access to your Google Business Profile and any accounts we need;
- the photos and information we ask for so we can build your presence;
- lawful use of the service, and content and instructions that are truthful and not misleading; and
- for the receptionist, agreement on how emergencies and bookings are handled.
The AI receptionist (Silver and Gold)
On Silver and Gold the receptionist answers, records and transcribes calls from your customers. For that data you are the data controller and we act as your processor under a separate data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms for those plans. You are responsible for telling your customers that calls may be answered and recorded by a digital assistant; we provide suggested wording. The receptionist will not quote prices, promise arrival times, or give unsafe technical advice.
Third-party services
The service relies on third parties such as Google, Synup, BrightLocal, Vapi, Twilio and Stripe. We are not responsible for their outages, changes or decisions (for example, if Google suspends a profile), though we will do what we reasonably can to help resolve problems.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your business information, brand and content. We grant you a licence to use the listings, content and, on Gold, the website we produce for you for as long as you subscribe. Our own systems, templates and know-how remain ours.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes or revenue beyond the guarantee stated above. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end the service if you break these terms, misuse the service, or fail to pay. You can end the service at any time as set out above.
Data protection
We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy. For the receptionist, the data processing agreement governs how we handle your customers' data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and we will tell you about significant changes.
